Letters to an Editor, the collected correspondence between the SI and the Italian publishing house Feltrinelli, is published by Gianfranco Sanguinetti in poster form and plastered around Milan.

Book by Guy Debord and Gianfranco Sanguinetti, The Real Split in the International: a public circular of the Situationist International. Éditions Champ-Libre, Paris. The central chapter 'Theses on the SI and its time' announces the dissolution of the Situationist International. "And now... we will become even more inaccesible, even more clandestine. The more our theses become famous, the more we will ourselves be obscure."
